Convention Description
<x:y> Represents a bit field or an extent of a set of lines or signals ranging
from x through y. For example, R0<7:4> indicates bits 4 through 7 in the
general purpose register R0.
x..y Represents a range of bits from x to y.

Numbers are hexadecimal unless otherwise marked with a subscript
number. If there is possible ambiguity, the radix is explicitly stated.
1.FFFF.FFFF Nine digit numbers typically represent 34-bit hexadecimal addresses and
are grouped in four-digit clusters, separated by periods.
Note A note contains information that might be of special importance to the
user.
