The boot processor prints the ETF line and the second BPD line of
the self-test display. If none of the processors is successfully selected
as the boot processor, no self-test results are displayed and the console
hangs. You can identify this hung state by examining the LEDs on the
processor modules (see Section 4.7). All yellow LEDs will be OFF. The
group of seven red LEDS indicate the failing test number in binary-
coded decimal.
You can force a processor to become the boot processor so that it will
display self-test results by typing the following:
>>n
where n is the CPU to become the boot processor.

The boot processor tests the DWMBB if one is present. Test results are
indicated on the line labeled XBI on the self-test display. A plus sign
(+) at the right means that the adapter test passed; a minus sign (–)
means that the test failed.
